Terms and Conditions

• All artwork posted for sale on flowerpaintings.in is original artwork by me and is supported by an authenticity certificate, to be provided on request.
• I am the sole owner of all intellectual/creativity rights on the artwork and as such the same do not devolve on any individual or organization on the mere act of purchase of my paintings and or download from any known/unknown source.
• All of the paintings listed on the Website will be sold at the price listed.
• Listed price does not include any duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs and insurance. These will be charged as per actuals.
• In case of overseas shipping (outside India) additional import duties may be applicable – these are to be borne by you before sale is considered complete.
• Flowerpaintings.in is not liable for any charges that may be levied at the destination whether in India or overseas.
• The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the artworks.
• Placing an order on flowerpaintings.in constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase.
  All payments are 100% in advance.
• Flowerpaintings.in reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice to you, and in such case shall refund in full all payments received from you.
• The paintings will be shipped to you through a carrier/courier agent of appropriate repute. In case of any damage to the painting in transit, we request you to not accept the parcel and notify us immediately with full proof and images of the unopened/ damaged parcel.
• In case of damage to the paintings, you should email or contact us at flowerpaintings.in within 2 days of receiving such paintings, with details of the damage and pictures thereof. Please keep with yourself the details of the carrier agency, reference numbers of airway bill / delivery challan etc.
• After analysis of the damage and possible causes, we would request you to ship the damaged piece back to us within 7 days.
• We will make a full refund, including the additional shipping costs borne by you – which should be credited within 21 days of us receiving the damaged piece.
• The return policy only applies to paintings that have been damaged during transit and do not cover any other eventuality – including:
  • actual colors not matching the photographs on the website
  • actual size of the paintings having minor difference (below 15% difference) from the listed details
  • Please note that we take great efforts to ensure that all details are accurate – additional pictures of the paintings may be available on request. Seek to contact us and we will try to help you.
• The paintings that are unframed & unmounted will be shipped flat with adequate care and protective packaging. The same is applicable for the paintings that are shipped with glass or acrylic sheet tops/frames. We cannot provide any guarantee for non-damage/ non-breakage for the same, though utmost care is taken while packing to prevent damage due to any mishandling during transportation.
• All paintings shall be dispatched for India deliveries no later than thirty(30) working days from receipt of the full payment.
• A further seven(7) days will be the normal delivery period for artwork(s) being either sourced from or delivered to a foreign location.
• We will provide only one original copy of the Invoice and the Certifcate of Authenticity for a particular painting. Buyers are advised to keep these in safe custody. Under no circumstances will a request for a duplicate issue be entertained.
• You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in these terms and conditions.
• You warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate, and you agree to pay all costs, charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.
• Manual orders/ enquiries will be entertained at our complete discretion. Payments will be made directly to the designated account.
• Please refer to the Disclaimer and the terms of our Privacy Policy, which together with these terms and conditions govern your use of the website.
• Disputes if any, would be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
